REQUIREMENTS for GIPS Advertising Guidelines compliance:

1) Required STATEMENT: 'Firm X claims compliance with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS).' Firms can only claim GIPS compliance if the full firm complies — not just the composite being advertised.

2) DESCRIPTION of the composite strategy.

3) PERFORMANCE presentation:
   - 1-, 3-, 5-year ANNUALIZED returns (or since inception if less) AND
   - Period-to-date return
   - Both GROSS and NET of fees
   - Calendar-year returns (typically 10 years) OR 5-year annualized returns minimum

4) BENCHMARK returns for the same periods, same methodology.

5) Currency disclosure.

6) Statement that full GIPS REPORT and additional information are available upon request, with contact information.

7) If performance fees are shown, disclose the fee schedule.
