How should I prepare for an internal-audit interview so I sound operational, not generic?

A real Reddit thread titled 'Internal Audit Interview' raised a practical CIA or internal-audit issue that deserves a cleaner decision framework than the usual forum back-and-forth. I want the exam-ready or career-ready version of the problem using the actual source signal rather than generic advice. Source context: Can anyone share internal audit interview resources or help i can see? I tell interviewers what i studied in CIA journey and answer their questions but i don’t know maybe they wanted different answers. I get interviews but couldn’t be able to land an offer. Any guidance will be appreciated
