Structure: observation dates annually, autocall trigger at 100% of initial, contingent coupon of 9% with memory, knock-in barrier at 65%. Year 1 — if STOXX 50 ≥ initial level, investor receives $1,090 and note terminates early. If below initial but above 65%, investor receives $90 coupon and note continues. If coupon was missed in a prior period, memory feature pays accumulated coupons once a coupon is triggered.

At maturity (if not autocalled): if index ≥ 65%, principal returns plus final coupon; if index ever breached 65% intraday and closes below initial, investor receives shares worth (index_final / initial) × $1,000 — potentially large loss. Pricing uses Monte Carlo simulation since payoffs are path-dependent. The issuer's edge comes from the difference between the implied volatility used to price the short barrier put and realized volatility.
