Can someone walk through a two-stage DDM with a timeline? I keep getting the terminal value timing wrong.
I'm studying equity valuation for CFA Level II and the multi-stage dividend discount model trips me up every time. I understand the Gordon Growth Model for stable-growth firms, but when there's a high-growth phase followed by a stable phase, I mess up where the terminal value falls on the timeline. A visual walkthrough would be amazing.
